Peran Kepemimpinan dalam Manajemen Koperasi Sekolah dalam Pembentukan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Siswa
Abstract
School cooperatives serve as an educational platform that plays a significant role in fostering students’ entrepreneurial spirit. When managed effectively, they function not only as economic entities but also as learning environments that support character development. This study aims to examine the role of school cooperative management in shaping students’ entrepreneurial values. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing various academic sources, including scholarly journals, books, and relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that cooperative management practices encompassing planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision contribute substantially to the development of key entrepreneurial traits, such as responsibility, independence, creativity, and communication skills. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this process is influenced by several supporting factors, including school policies and the active involvement of supervisors, as well as inhibiting factors such as limited facilities and low student participation. Therefore, well-managed school cooperatives, supported by all stakeholders, play a crucial role in optimizing their function as a medium for developing students’ entrepreneurial competencies.
